Nanny Job in Victoria, British Columbia

Hello! I am looking for a part time nanny, starting January, to provide care for my daughter who will be 1. Winnie is such a fun, snuggly, and active baby, and we feel blessed to have her! She is our third baby and completely spoiled by her siblings who are 10 and 13 (bit of a gap, I know!) will be at school during the day, they will be home by around 3;00 most days. We, as a family, prioritize fun hands on learning and play. We spend our time playing sports, reading, going to the beach, and getting as much time together as possible! Our ideal nanny is someone who will foster a love for the outdoors, learning, friendship, play...all the great things that every child should have access to. We are open to a nanny share, and hours/days, and wage is negotiable. I have another family who is also looking, so full time is an option if needed.
