Nanny Job in Victoria, British Columbia

Hi I'm Maria, looking for a part-time nanny my 7 year-old daughter, Rosalind, and occasionally our 11 year-old Scarlett will be around the house. Rosalind is sweet, well-mannered, enjoys reading, art and music. Scarlett is fairly independent, may walk home if she is not at her friend’s house or at an after-school club. We need someone to pick Rosalind up after school and walk home with her until I arrive from work around 4:45- 5:00 PM. We live around the corner from her school, which is conveniently located next to a lovely park with lots of friends for her to play with. She typically wants to play at the playground, have a snack at home and read quietly or rest. Rosalind's best friend will also need after-school care once her mom returns to work and we would like to find a nanny who can care for both girls after school. If you have any morning availability, that would also be a plus as I may need help from 7 am-8:40 am when my spouse is out of town for work, just to get her ready and walk her to school. We are offering $18-$25/hour for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, will be punctual and enjoy spending time with kids.
