Nanny Job in Victoria, British Columbia

We are a family of 5 - my husband (Matt), myself, our two dogs (Charlie & Sunny) and our 14-month old son, George living in Oak Bay. My husband and I both work full-time jobs from home, and up until now we've managed to make it work with only one day a week of having someone look after George. As he gets older though, we're finding it harder to balance work and looking after him throughout the day. We're looking for someone to help us out part-time, likely Tuesday to Thursday, morning through afternoon. We are flexible with this though. Things that are important to us: - Experience looking after kids George's age (we will require references) - CPR certification - Non-smoker - Up-to-date on vaccinations - Kind, creative & fun - Comfortable around big dogs (they're friendly, but they are huge!) - Able to help with light housekeeping (tidying up, maybe a load of laundry here and there) - Not required, but it would be amazing if some cooking could be done as well! - Happy to take George to the park, library, out for walks, etc. Our car can be used for excursions if necessary, but we do live very close to lots of child-friendly amenities.
