Nanny Job in Kamloops, British Columbia

We are looking for a part time nanny for our 2 girls aged 8 and 6. We work shift work and require before and after school 7-10 days per month with some possible late nights and could increase hours for the right fit with our family. Morning shifts would be 6:30 AM-9AM (kids dropped off at school by 8:30 AM, extra time allotted for walk back from school etc). After school would be 2:30-5:30PM, and occasional late nights would be 2:30-8:00 PM. We live walking distance (3/4 of a block) to the girl’s school (Marion Schilling Elementary in Valleyview), so driving them would not be a regular requirement. This job may be well suited to a university student looking to pick up hours before/after their classes, or someone who can be flexible with our rotating days (ie shift work). We do have a strong family support system so we can also try to work around your schedule if unable to commit to certain days. We do know our schedules months in advance. Looking for someone who is reliable and punctual. Morning duties would include giving the girls breakfast. The girls are independent and can get themselves ready for school but do need supervision and help with time management. After school would be giving them a snack, occasionally giving them supper if they have an early extra curricular activity. Meals would be premade and minimal clean up would be needed daily (ie load dishwasher). We have a medium sized friendly hypoallergenic bernedoodle named Dash. He will require pats and being told he is a good boy, plus being let in and out of the house. Let us know if you think you would be a good fit and we can set up a time to meet.
