Our Family Hi! We’re a busy, welcoming family in the Ottawa Valley looking for a wonderful nanny to become an important part of our family’s day-to-day life. We have two amazing little ones—Beau, our energetic and curious preschooler, and Hanna, our happy, adventurous one-year-old. Our home is full of laughter, imagination, outdoor play, and the occasional bit of chaos that comes with raising young children. We’re looking for someone who is warm, dependable, patient, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children. We value kindness, creativity, and helping our kids learn through play, exploration, and everyday experiences. We’d love someone who enjoys reading books, getting outside, doing crafts, visiting parks, and creating a fun, engaging environment. Our ideal nanny is someone who communicates openly, takes initiative when appropriate, and treats our children with respect while providing gentle structure and consistency. Reliability is important to us, and we’re hoping to build a long-term relationship with someone who feels like an extension of our family. In addition to childcare, we’d appreciate light child-related household tasks such as tidying toys, preparing simple meals and snacks, children’s laundry, and helping keep play areas organized.
