Nanny Job in Fernie, British Columbia

Hello my name is Elize, we are a family of four living in the beautiful resort town of Fernie BC. We are looking for childcare for our two kids aged 3 and 6yrs old. We live three hours from Calgary in a world renowned ski/biking resort and tourist town in the rocky mountains called Fernie. It is a vibrant town full of young people from all over the world who enjoy outdoor activities and very active social lives. Because it is a resort town there are many wonderful restaurants, bars and coffee houses, there are also several festivals and a busy nightlife. Our home is in a lovely neighborhood close to parks, rivers and with easy access to walking, hiking and biking trails. We are within walking distance to the center of town (approx 20min) and a 10min drive to the ski hill. We are also very fortunate that there are many small lakes in this area that are great for camping and going to the beach for the day. There are also alot of community organized activities for kids where you can take them to play with other children and also meet other Au Pairs and Nannies who live here (there are quite a few) My husband and I work from 7am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday and every other Friday. Our daughter Charlie will be in school everyday from 9am to 3pm and our son Tyson in preschool on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays 9am to 3pm as well. Working hrs would be full days Tuesdays and Thursday and before and after school on Mondays and Wednesdays. Approximately 30-35hrs/week Starting approximately June 2022.
