Nanny Job in Brooklin, Ontario

We are looking for a caring, responsible and experienced full-time, live-out nanny to care for our two young children – a 5-year-old girl and a 16-month old girl. Position set to start May 2019. You will be a nanny with at least 5 years’ experience in nannying, child care or au pair work. You must love children and be mature, reliable, trustworthy, punctual and well presented. You will be required to work weekdays from 7:30am – 6pm. We are a non-smoking household and would prefer a non-smoker. We also have an 8 year old dog (husky) that is well behaved. Your responsibilities will include: • Getting 5-year-old ready for school (dressing and breakfast) and preparing after-school snack • Dropping off 5-year-old at school for 8:50 am and picking her up for 3:25 pm • Caring for 16 month old baby all day which includes preparing baby’s food and keeping with the napping/feeding schedule throughout the day • Some light housekeeping (children’s laundry, keeping children’s room and play area) **please note no care will be required over Christmas holidays (2 weeks) and for 2-3 weeks over the summer. You will need a current First Aid certificate, current police check, current driver’s licence and own vehicle (car seats will be provided).
