Nanny for One Year Old Needed in February 2022 Our family is looking for live-in or live-out nanny for our one-year-old daughter. We live in the southwest community of Windermere in Edmonton, Alberta. We hope to hire a trustworthy, caring, and friendly person who has full-time availability and wants to become a part of our family. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves children and helping them with developmentally appropriate activities. Previous experience working with children is required to apply. Start date: February 2022* We are flexible for the right candidate. Position: 30-44 hours per week. Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - *4:30 PM with some weekend or weeknight opportunities. *End time may be from 2:00-4:30 PM. Pay: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. Job Requirements: - Language: English - Experience: 2 years or more - Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Child welfare check with Vulnerable sector check, References of previous employer(s) - Personal Qualities: Must love working with children, kind, fun-loving, reliable and organized - Additional Skills: Meal preparation, housekeeping and cleaning duties, possible travel with family on trips and some laundry - Specific Skills: Dressing and feeding child, organizing outdoor play and activities as well as helping with the social emotional well being of the child. - Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): Emergency childcare first aid and CPR
