Nanny Job in Edmonton, Alberta

We are a private family seeking a full-time live-out nanny to assist us in taking care of our newborn. The ideal starting date is the 25th of May, 2025. Our work schedule requires the individual to be available from Monday to Friday, during the morning and middle of the day, tallying up to a commitment of between 30-40 hours per week. As the requirement also includes being able to transport the child, a valid driver's license is necessary. You should note that the family will provide a car for use on the job. Our nanny's key responsibilities range from cooking and light housekeeping to running errands and grocery shopping. We would also require you to occasionally walk our dog. As our child's caretaker, meal preparation, doing our child's laundry, ironing their clothes, bathing and dressing the child will all be part of the role. We also have specific dietary rules that our family adheres to. Therefore, the candidate should be comfortable with maintaining such dietary preferences. Furthermore, regular tidying of the kitchen would be immensely appreciated. We believe this position is ideal for someone who loves infants and toddlers (1-2 years of age), has a knack for multitasking, and is well-organized. Training as a nurse or nursing assistant is considered would be preferred, but is not required.
