Nanny Job in North Vancouver, British Columbia

Hi There, we're looking for a part-time nanny in North Vancouver, BC. We are looking for someone who can provide part-time care for our two children aged 4 and 7. We are in need of an experienced, caring and reliable nanny that can work flexible hours, and plan days around taking the kids out of the house on various adventures. We are looking for a wonderful caregiver with these attributes: - Really well connects with children on their level! No screens/phones. - Has own vehicle. Will need to pickup kids from school and take them to activities. - 100% always reliable. - Independent self starter and creative. Good at coming up with activity ideas and comfortable taking the kids out of the house for majority of the day. Any expenses for activities reimbursed. - Mandarin speaking is a bonus! The kids have been exposed to mandarin as a second language since early age, it would be great to keep them learning this language. - Seeking part time work and flexible with hours that will change week to week. Example schedule: Pickup kids Monday and Wednesday 3pm at school, take them to library or other activity, give snack and bring home by 5:30. Thursday or Friday full day 6-8 hours with one child. Weekend or evening ~4-5 hours. During summer the weekly hours will be higher and longer days (~4-6 hours) while the kids are out of school. Estimated 10-20 hours/week during the school year and 20-25 hours/week during the summer. We are offering $30/hr for the right person.
