Nanny Job in Montréal - Ouest, Quebec

My husband and I are blessed with 2.5 year old twins, a boy and a girl. They are our only children and they are happy toddlers. They love to read, sing, play and take walks in the park. We have just moved from London into a spacious four bedroom apartment in the Mile End neighborhood of Montreal, Quebec, in mid-August. Given that my husband and I are both working full-time, we are searching for either a full-time or part-time live-out nanny. What we really want is to find the right person who is a fit with our values, and somebody we can also work with and communicate well with on all the issues around kids' routines, behavior, etc. The kids are in daycare so we are looking for part-time help from around 3-6PM every day. Responsibilities include picking the kids up from daycare, cooking them dinner and helping clean up after them in the afternoon. Start date would be either the first or second week of the New Year. Below are some of the characteristics that we are searching for in a nanny: - Dependability with days and hours - Cooking meals for the babies when needed and tidying up after them - Positive attitude, maturity and empathy - Able to set and follow routines that keep the babies happy - French or English is fine (our children are native English speakers and they also understand Portuguese) We are hoping to coordinate conversations in the near future and we look forward to meeting you soon!
