Nanny Job in Airdrie, Alberta

I'm an
Individual
Hello/Bonjour future nanny, My husband and I are both professional workers that require someone to come into our home and treat our two wonderful little men (3 yrs & 5 yrs) and the family dog like their own. Our family is a very active family that loves the out doors and loves spending time with family and friends. We have had two previous nannies in the past and are currently seeking someone else as our contract is almost over. Our nanny must have a valid Alberta/Canadian Driver's License as she will be responsible for taking the children to various programs throughout the community including swimming, gymnastics, school, skating, library programs and play dates. The boys love to help out with exercising our dog every day so you need to be comfortable with bigger dogs. Our boys love to swim, so we need a nanny that can swim and is 100% comfortable in the water. My husband and I are two professional government employees that are required to work a minimum 40 hour work week. There are occassions when both of us are called away from the home on short notice or are required to work longer days. There are also days when we require our nanny to work evenings and put the children to bed. That usually only happens if one of us have been home throughout the day with the children. Thus the requirement of a live-in nanny. We are willing to look at live-out as well, but it will need to be the right fit and it will need to be discussed. Please contact me via email or phone. Please do not apply if you do not have a valid Canadian driver's license and please do not apply if you are not currently living in Canada. However, if you are Canadian travelling/working abroad and looking at coming home, then please do apply. We base of our wage at $9.62 per hour with a 44 hrs work week. Overtime will be compensated accordingly. The nanny will have her own private bedroom with lock and bathroom. Workers compensation will be paid at the owners expense, including 90 days of insurance prior to Alberta Health Care commencing. Mandatory statutory holidays will be providing including 2 weeks of paid leave per every year of work.
