Nanny Job in Ottawa, Ontario

Come and spend each summer with us! We are seeking an exceptional live-out nanny for either all or part of summer 2014 and each summer thereafter. Care is for two very happy and easy to care for boys, age 3 and 5 years. Our Glebe area home is well suited for bright indoor (open concept kitchen for cooking activities, full basement for rainy days) and outdoor play space (sand box, grass, and a chalkboard!) and is walking distance to the library, community centre, wading pool, splash pad, music class and parks. Duties include activity planning which includes reading, crafts, and outings; preparing a nutritious lunch and snacks; nap routine for the younger child; and naturally providing a warm and caring environment. We are seeking someone who is energetic, engaging and mature and who can communicate well with parents. Previous nanny experience essential, with ECE training preferred. CPR and First Aid as well as Montessori training assests. Must be fully fluent in English. Additional knowledge of French also preferred. We look forward to hearing from you!
