Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

Hi! Our family: I work as a doctor and my husband as a dentist. We have hectic schedules but we are a warm, welcoming, friendly and easy-going couple seeking help looking after our beautiful 9 month old girl when I go back to work. What we are looking for: FULL-TIME, LIVE OUT OR LIVE IN nanny. Help needed Monday to Friday. Hours will vary somewhat day to day given the nature of our work and we require someone with flexibility to start early and stay late some days. Generally speaking, we anticipate days from about 8 to 5 (on days I am working from home) or 7-6 when working on site; approximately 45-50 hours per week on average. We are not considering applicants needing sponshorship at this time. Non-smoker and must speak English. Driving not required but is a plus. Looking for someone ideally with past experience as a nanny, particularly with youung children. Must have at least 2 references, be COVID vaccinated and CPR/first aid trained. We anticipate needing a nanny for several years, as we grow our family, so are ideally seeking someone open to a longer-term commitment. Job Location: Lovely, new detached home in Bedford Park, major intersection Lawrence and Avenue (15 min walk to subway). Services And Training: Primary duty will be looking after our daughter but we also need help with housekeeping, laundry, day to day tasks, meal prep, etc. While we have a separate cleaning helper and deep cleaning will not be expected of our nanny, maintaining a tidy and orderly household is very important to us and we are seeking a nanny who can help us with this. Start date: The full-time position would ideally start early December but we would like to start with part-time help in November (start times are flexible for the right candidate).
