Nanny Job in Peachland, British Columbia

Hi! We are looking for a reliable full-time nanny to look after our 1.5 year old, and eventually his baby brother that is due January 2024. The pay will increase when full-time care of the second kiddo is required. Hours: 6:30AM-4:30PM, Mon-Fri (7:00AM-5:00PM is also an option!) We are big on hands on play while teaching tools for independent play, getting outside for walks and adventures and reading lots of books. Our son loves to talk and the grocery store is one of his favourite places to point out all the things! We are walking distance to Strong Start and a few other kid meetups. We also have pool access for the summer months. Responsibilities: Meal prep, changing diapers, household laundry, grocery shopping (there is an IGA walking distance and it’s a great activity to do with our baby) and general tidying of the house. Must have experience with infants and CPR, please! I (the mom) will be working from home and will be working east coast hours. I would best describe our parenting style as an “ish” parent! We are Montessori-ish, baby led weaning-ish, sleep training-ish. In other words, we aren’t super strict about a particular way of parenting, and like to weave in things that make sense and are good for us as a family. We would like references please!
