Nanny Job in Halifax, Nova Scotia

We are looking for a child care provider for our son starting in January 2023. He will be 10 months old. We are located in Armdale, on Chocolate Lake. We are looking for a full time, live out, ideally long term child care provider. Approximately 45 hrs/week (8:30-5:30 M-F) with some flexibility to that. Hourly rate would depend on level of experience and we can discuss details. We are looking for someone who can provide safe, engaging childcare, ideally with lots of outdoor time and creative activities. We require that you have your own vehicle, can legally work in Canada and can travel to and from our home. We do not have a lot of flexibility with our jobs. We need to be able to get work on time, even when it is snowing! We area ideally looking for someone who is willing to help with light housework as well, such as the baby's laundry and picking up after him, as well as unloading the dishwasher. Occasional meal prep would also be an asset. Nothing like cleaning the toilets, mopping ect, just light tidying. Start date would be January 3, 2023.
