Nanny Job in Edmonton, Alberta

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable live-in Nanny to provide care for our 8 month old baby. The ideal candidate will have experience working with infant children, possess strong caregiving skills, and be able to create a safe and engaging atmosphere. This role also involves meal preparation for the child, and light housekeeping tasks. Responsibilities * Supervise and engage with child in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development. * Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while considering dietary restrictions or preferences. * Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding child’s daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise. Qualifications * Previous experience in caregiving or as a babysitter/nanny is preferred. * Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare healthy meals for child. * Knowledge of child development principles and the ability to educate through play. * Ability to clean and maintain a tidy environment while caring for children. * A nurturing personality with a genuine love for working with children is essential.
