Nanny Job in East York, Ontario

I'm Kim, a family in East York, Ontario looking for a full-time live out nanny to look after my infant. I’m looking for a full time nanny to start in mid February 2024. I would like to take a month to train the nanny and have them get acquainted with my son who will be 12 months by then. I will be returning to work by April 1, 2024. Ideally, the full time position would last for 6 months (can be flex here though) and then will transition to part time as my son enters daycare at 18 months in September 2024. I am interested in working with someone who: 1) is ECE educated and can take my son to different classes and activities around our community; engage in meaningful play for development; pick him up from daycare 2) can do light housework such as folding laundry, dusting, putting away dishes, wash vegetables 3) OPTIONAL - can speak a second language (bonus if French, Mandarin, or Vietnamese) I’m envisioning hours when FT to be 9 to 5 with breaks as needed throughout day and food and snacks provided by me (and home gym if he’s sleeping and you need to work out :)). PT would be 2 to 6. I’m flex and can negotiate hours if we’re a fit! Fair wages and the necessary paperwork for income tax purposes. We’re a small loving family and looking for someone who can help and nurture our little guy.
