Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

I will be totally honest. I don't know what I'm looking for in a Nanny.... I just know that I need help :) I am an entrepreneur with 4 businesses and 3 kids. (2 are teenagers, they take care of them selves mostly) Status quo is I bring my 16 month old son with me to work Monday-Saturday and we "work together" He loves coming to work and he loves being busy but he's getting a bit too high maintenance now and starting to impact my productivity trying to run these businesses! That being said, I love having him around and hate the idea of dropping him off at daycare... So looking for something flexible I think. Someone to help at my office? Or maybe a mix of office and home? He is a terrible napper... So that's for sure a barrier at some point. I am more of an attachment style parent, much prefer the gentle caring approach. We co-sleep and used carriers a lot up until he started running. We do want someone that speaks French fluently enough to help teach him. (one side of the family lives in Quebec so we want him to be fully bilingual) He's a busy busy little man and is a little too clever so full disclosure, he's not the easier toddler... But he's hilarious and caring and super smart. For sure don't need evening or Sunday help. So like I said. I don't know what I'm looking for. But I believe the right person will be inspired by my honest job description and it will be meant to be! Not set on full time or part time, mostly looking for the right person and hoping it will just work out!!
