Nanny Job in Ottawa, Ontario

We are a family in Ottawa, Ontario, looking for a responsible and experienced nanny to care for our 4 year old. This is a live-out, part-time position with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour. We need someone with a driver’s license who can help with drop off and pick up. Her school is 10min away. Looking for someone who can provide loving care and have fun. Also need support with light housekeeping and sometimes meal preparation. Have a small dog that would need a daily walk. Opportunities to travel (expenses paid) with our family will be provided but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a nanny and will be capable of creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our daughter. Responsibilities will include preparing meals and snacks, helping with homework, engaging the children in age-appropriate activities, and ensuring their well-being at all times. In addition to child care duties, we also require assistance with light housekeeping and pet care. The ability to maintain a tidy and organized household is essential. The typical work week would be 20-25h but we are looking for someone flexible to work extended hours if needed.
