Nanny Job in North Vancouver, British Columbia

Our family in North Vancouver, British Columbia is seeking a full-time, live-out nanny to care for our 16 month old son. We would like to create a consistent childcare schedule, while noting that our schedule over the summer will differ from that in September, when both mom and dad will be back to work. We are offering $30.00 per hour, and expect to need full time hours. We are excited to find someone who brings their positive energy and personality to our family. Communication is very important for us, as well as bringing confidence to the care of our child. The ideal candidate will have previous experience caring for infants and will be able to create a safe and nurturing environment. We hope to keep our son engaged and entertained with outdoor play, trips to the park, local storytimes, or other activities. In addition to childcare responsibilities, we would appreciate help with some light housekeeping duties, as well as preparing meals for the family. We also have a pet that may need some care and attention during the day, so being comfortable around animals is essential.
