Nanny Job in Leduc, Alberta

Location: Leduc, Alberta Start Date: As soon as possible Schedule: Looking for help 1–2 days per week (flexible). Approximately 4–8 hours per day, depending on availability. About Our Family: We are a loving family with one happy, curious 2-year-old daughter. We value kindness, patience, outdoor play, reading, creativity, and gentle, respectful parenting. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children and can become a trusted part of our routine. Responsibilities: * Provide attentive, engaging care for our toddler. * Read books, play, sing, and encourage age-appropriate learning. * Spend time outdoors when weather permits. * Prepare simple snacks and meals for the child. * Keep play areas tidy after activities. * Follow nap routine when needed. Bonus (Not Required): If you’re comfortable with light housekeeping during naps or independent play, that would be appreciated. This could include: * Folding laundry * Loading/unloading the dishwasher * Light kitchen cleanup * Tidying common areas If housekeeping isn’t something you offer, we’re also happy to hire someone solely for childcare one day per week. Ideal Candidate: * Experience caring for toddlers. * Warm, patient, and dependable. * Comfortable with gentle/respectful parenting approaches. * CPR/First Aid certification is an asset. * Criminal record check required. * Non-smoker. * Driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred.
