Nanny Job in East Gwillimbury, Ontario

We are a professional family in the East Gwillimbury looking for a reliable, caring, and organized live-in nanny/housekeeper to join our home long-term. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both childcare and household management in a warm, respectful environment. *About the Role - Full-time, live-in position (40 hours per week) - Private furnished room and private bathroom provided - Meals included - Car provided for work-related driving (daycare drop-off, errands, groceries) - Long-term, stable employment in a respectful and supportive household *Our Family - One 3-year-old boy (in daycare Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.) - One newborn (arriving soon) *Key Responsibilities - Daily childcare: morning/evening routines, playtime, reading, and development-focused activities - Newborn care assistance (feeding, soothing, naps, bottle preparation/sterilization) - Occasional night-time help with the baby when needed (not nightly) - Full housekeeping: daily cleaning, laundry, linens, general home organization - Family meal preparation and grocery errands - Light household coordination (supplies, deliveries, simple scheduling) *Requirements - Prior experience with newborns and toddlers - Comfortable with a live-in arrangement - Valid driver’s license (clean record; car provided) - Honest, patient, dependable, and proactive - References required - Must be legally able to work in Canada (citizen, PR, or valid work permit) *Schedule - 40 hours per week - One full day off per week - Occasional evening or overnight support when the newborn requires attention *Compensation - Competitive monthly salary based on experience - All living expenses covered (room, food, utilities, supplies, vehicle use) - Paid vacation after probationary period - Long-term stability in a well-organized household If you are caring, organized, and enjoy being part of a positive home where you are treated with respect, we would love to hear from you.
