Hello! We are a busy family based in Calgary, Alberta, and we're seeking a self-directed, active and responsible nanny to join our household on a part-time, live-out basis, starting immediately. We specifically require a nanny Mondays and Fridays, from roughly 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., plus occasional babysitting, if and as agreed to in advance. The selected nanny will be responsible for the care, stimulation and engagement with our son, who is 5 years old. Our daughter, Grade 3, will also be present on Friday afternoons and the occasional Monday (PD Days). It is critical that the nanny plan activities (physical, creative, in and outside the home), proactively. It is an expectation that the nanny takes our son (and daughter, if home) on fun, educational and active outings weekly, to augment the school and activity schedule already in place. In addition to childcare, the role includes laundry duties, tidying and meal prep. It's important that the nanny contribute to keeping our home well organized, clean and on-schedule. Reliability, maturity and love of children is a must. We also require the candidate to provide a police check, proof of valid driver's license and a safe vehicle.
