Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

Hello Nannies, We are a loving family in North York looking for a caring, reliable, and engaging nanny to help care for our 9-month-old daughter starting September 1st. Our daughter is extremely playful, curious, and interactive, and we are hoping to find someone who will truly become an extension of our family - someone who will not only provide excellent care, but also actively engage with her through play, interaction, outings, and age-appropriate activities that support her development and milestones. Position Details: Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday Hours: Approximately 8 AM – 4 PM Guaranteed Hours: 27 hours/week Pay: $18/hour Location: North York, Toronto Start Date: September 1st Responsibilities Include: Infant care including feeding, naps, diaper changes, and play Introducing solids and preparing simple baby meals Supporting developmental milestones through interaction and activities Taking the baby on walks, outings, and local EarlyON programs Occasional daycare drop-off help for our older child Light housekeeping related to the children and keeping play areas tidy What We Are Looking For: Prior experience caring for infants Someone warm, attentive, nurturing, and dependable A genuine love for children and child development Someone active and engaging who enjoys interacting with babies throughout the day Reliable transportation/ability to commute to North York Legally able to work in Canada and provide receipts/invoices for childcare expenses CPR/First Aid certification preferred Montessori knowledge or ECE background is a strong asset, but not required Non-smoker preferred Please message us with: Your childcare experience Your availability Your work status in Canada References A little about yourself and why you think you would be a good fit for our family We look forward to hearing from you!
