Hello! We are a family of 4 near Main St and Kingston Road looking for a nanny to care for our 2.5 year old daughter and our 9 month old son starting Sept 1. Schedule will be 3 full weekdays (TBD) from 8:00-5:30 and occasional half-days/evenings for a total of 30-35 hours a week. We are offering $22-25 / hour depending on qualifications, paid vacation and WSIB. This is a long-term position. We would prefer if you could start part-time during July and August so the kids get to know you. You are a good fit for this job if you are energetic and motivated to care for our two kids with lots of creative activities, outdoor time, and kindness. You must have past experience caring for both infants and toddlers. We are a bilingual household (French and English) and French language skills are a strong asset but not required for an otherwise great candidate. Our daughter attends daycare part-time and we expect you to help with daycare drop-offs / pick-ups within your regular working hours as required. You will do light housework as part of your overall duties including laundry, cleaning and tidying. We do not expect you to cook regularly, however you should be comfortable with occasional light lunch prep. Please reach out for more information.
