Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

Hi! We are a kind and loving family looking for a warm, energetic and friendly mother helper in downtown Toronto (by Union Station) Monday and Tuesday (10-2 pm), Wednesday and Thursday (8-11 or 2-6 pm) ideally. We are looking for someone to care for our 1 year old. Someone who is gentle, fun, playful, full of energy. Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism are important along with your personality. We would like someone who truly cares about young children and is a good fit for our family. Main Duties: - Caring for a one year old playing, cleaning up after them, feeding them, putting them for naps - Cleaning - table, putting away food, dishes, brooming/vaccuming as needed folding laundry, tidying toys and baby items, organizing items, cleaning areas of the home when our son is asleep Start date : Immediately (August 2023) Can increase hours depending on if the person fits well with our family. Requirements: Individuals with formal training (ECE, Montessori) Only individuals already in Canada who are eligible to work. Must have AT LEAST 1 year of experience caring for kids/as a mother helper (specific experience with newborns). Personality is very important - should be someone who is kind, loving and truly enjoys caring for young children. Should have good English communication skills. Looking for someone who is minimum looking to work for 6 months (hours can increase depending on fit). Excellent references are a must. Up to date CPR, Infant First Aid and Criminal Record Check are important. Non-Smokers only. Vaccinations Up to Date including COVID vaccines.
