Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

Our lovely nanny is heading back to university so we are hoping to find a great match again! Start date - August 2024 ISO - Full-Time Live Out Nanny Location - Downtown Vancouver Family - 2 children, boys who are 5 and nearly 2 (by start) Parents - Anesthesia resident and rotational worker Philosophy - Play based learning, learning in nature, responsive parenting, screen-free house Schedule - Hours Averaging Agreement over 4 weeks (150 hours) I require the most support while my partner is in camp. His schedule is 2 weeks on/off. Monday to Friday (weekends off). OVERTIME will be paid as per labour laws. Hours - When I am home Monday to Friday Typical 6am - 5pm When both parents home 8am-2pm Vacation - 4 Weeks TOTAL 2 weeks paid of your choosing AND 2 additional weeks paid at discretion of employer Salary - $27/hr House activities - Light duties, child related. Basic meal prep put together (vegan family). I order a meal service also. Ideal candidate - gentle, socio-emotional learning focused, enjoys outdoor activities, dependable Must have valid CPR, drivers license, clear record check, ECE an asset. Willing to do light cleaning related to kids, meal prep, swim supervision). ECE an asset, forest school experience welcome, yoga/mindulfness approach welcome. Able to work in Canada.
