Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

We are seeking a nurturing and experienced bilingual nanny fluent in both French and English to provide attentive care for our 2-year-old child on weekdays. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and a passion for childcare. RESPONSIBILITIES: ⚫️ Provide high-quality childcare for a 2-year-old child. ⚫️ Create a safe and stimulating environment conducive to the child's growth and development. ⚫️ Foster language development in both French and English through daily interactions and activities. ⚫️ Plan and organize educational and recreational activities to promote learning and creativity. ⚫️ Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding the child's progress, needs, and any concerns. ⚫️ Perform light housekeeping duties related to the child's care, such as tidying up play areas and washing dishes used during childcare hours. REQUIREMENTS: ⚫️ Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. ⚫️ Proven experience as a nanny or childcare provider, preferably with toddlers. ⚫️ Educational background in early childhood education, child development, or a related field is preferred. ⚫️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ⚫️ First aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required). SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 3-4 hours per day (exact schedule to be discussed with the selected candidate).
