Nanny Job in Kelowna, British Columbia

Interested in relocating to beautiful Kelowna, BC? Hi there, my name is Julie. We are looking to find someone interested in helping out our household full time, preferably live-in located in Kelowna. Taking care of the house is a priority, must be okay with all housekeeping duties such as cleaning showers and floors (including laundry, ironing, keeping the house tidy, kitchen clean up) and some minor food prep. Additionally it would be for childcare for 2 small children (girls), ages 4.5 and 18 months (soon to be 3, expecting a baby in fall 2024). One child goes to preschool and will be in school full time come the fall. The job itself would be 50% housekeeping and 50% childcare. I do not work so I will be at home with the children most days. We are looking for someone who is hard working with a "can-do' attitude. Someone who is proactive; for example, washing and changing bed linens without being asked to do so. Someone who is caring, reliable, trustworthy and patient. Ideally the candidate would have over 5 years experience as an in home caregiver with infants/toddlers and housekeeping. This will be a demanding job taking care of our family, but rewarding as we have a beautiful home with and pool…across the street from the lake, and wonderful kids.
