Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

Hi! We are looking for an upbeat and active part-time babysitter / nanny starting September 2018. Job requirements would be to pick-up our two boys (Grade 3 & 6) from school at 3:20pm, assist with homework, get outside and play sports in the yard with the boys or create indoor games to play. (They don’t get electronics during the week so you must be prepared to do activities with them after school beyond homework.) The person we are looking for must have a flexible schedule and be open to doing other duties as needed – such as: healthy dinner preparation, tidying up, short dog walks, laundry for towels/linen, vacuum, taking kids to after school programs, hosting play dates with kids friends, etc. Required hours would be Monday-Friday (or possibly Monday-Thursday some weeks) from 2:00/3:00pm until 6:00/6:30pm with the flexibility to stay later on some nights or evening babysitting as needed. One parent occasionally works from home, which allows for some flexibility in your schedule and week(s) off as needed if pre-arranged, but also requires you to still entertain and look after the kids while our work continues. Hours and rate to be discussed further and may be flexible depending on schedule and rate.
