Introduction: Hi there! My name is Kenz and I'm searching for a babysitting or part time caregiver position in or around Coquitlam, British Columbia. I am available anytime outside of Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless you are comfortable bringing your child/children to me as I will not have a vehicle on these days! I’m currently 24 and have worked with kids nearly my whole working life. I’m open to different cultures, religions, and customs in regards to this job position and making other considerations. My approach to taking care of kids is all about fun, positive reinforcement and gentle guidance. Description and skills: I will take care of children by providing physically healthy activities and outdoor time, and other parental approved children's entertainment. My personal favourite activities are reading or arts and crafts, any activity that inspires creativity or lots of engagement. To the best of my ability I would absolutely be willing to help with homework if needed or other studies wanting to be worked on. I have personal transportation apart from the days as previously stated in my description, these days can be negotiated as I will not be without a vehicle necessarily for the whole day or perhaps other transportation can be arranged. I will happily provide pet care if needed. I am also comfortable with making meals and have extensive housekeeping skills that I happily put to use. I love organizing and tidying as it’s actually one of my hobbies. With respect to previous history, I have extensive experience given my age. Including being a care taker to my brother who has special needs (non-verbal autistic) for most of my life since childhood, as well as babysitting for people here and there as I was growing up in Revelstoke BC. My most recent employment was as a baker/cashier turned manager for a catering company where we oversaw and made food for Revelstoke Secondary School.
