In September of 2010, I moved to Saskatoon from a small community in Northern Ontario. I have a strong desire and passion to work with children and youth, however my home community offered limited opportunities to pursue this type of career. Since moving to Saskatoon, I have worked at a therapeutic group home for 12 high needs/high risk children between the ages of 1-12. However, this home is currently being closed at the end of June 2011.
I have cared for children since I was 12 years of age. Based on my diverse experience with children I have worked with all ages and backgrounds. I have worked with as much as 8 children at once.
