Nanny in Calgary, Alberta

Hello, I am in search of a part-time (15-20 hours/week) live-out nanny position in South Lethbridge. I am a very compassionate, honest and reliable individual who would love the opportunity to care for your children by providing healthy meals, developmental games and activities, and a safe environment. I enjoy cleaning and organizing and am more than willing to do light house work such as sweeping, tidying toys, doing laundry and meal prepping, as well as walking and feeding pets (I love animals!). I have had my full driver’s licence and driven consistently for the past 5.5 years without any accidents or tickets, and have my own well maintained vehicle available for child transportation if necessary. A current clear police record check dated November 2017 is available for your review upon request. As of now I am not First Aid CPR certified, however, I am willing to complete training at my expense as a condition of employment. About me: I just finished my first year of studies at the Lethbridge College in Interior Design Technology. I am available evenings and weekends, as well as regular daytime hours (excluding Wednesday). I worked as a full-time nanny and house assistant for two twins from January 2018 - July 2019 prior to moving to Lethbridge for school. I also have 3 years of casual babysitting experience where I have cared for children aged 3 - 12 and have worked in an instructional capacity, leading arts and crafts focused parties at Michael’s for groups of 5 - 15 children. I am extremely active and spend much of my time outdoors and in the mountains. Before my switch to the Interior Design program, I completed 2.5 years of university education in Fine Art and would love the opportunity to plan age appropriate crafts and activities to support your child’s creative confidence. In my free time I enjoy cooking nutritious meals and experimenting with different cuisines, browsing interior design tags on Pinterest, baking and spending time with my two cats.
