Nanny Job in Salmon Arm, British Columbia

We are in search of a fun, outdoors loving, creative, energetic spirit that can keep up with our kiddos and care for them like we do. This position will begin as soon as possible :) We have three children ages 7,5 and 2. Our oldest will be in school. We need a minimum of 4 hours a day with upwards of 8 hours a day. We are pretty flexible too. Our goal is to have someone care for our 2 & 5 year old from approximately 8am- 3pm from Monday to Friday until July and then our oldest will join in for summer fun. This position has the ability to turn into a long term position. We will be located in blind bay, BC. Some values we would like to see in our caregiver is that they understand our (mostly mine) need for a natural approach to my childrens lifestyle which includes healthy, organic food, lots of outdoor time, gentle understanding and appreciation of each childs personalities (cause they are all different! Haha) and a mindful, grateful way of how we live and interact with others. Oh and Id love then to learn some damn yoga! Oh, we also have two small dogs that hang out and love to be loved and taken on adventures as well. If you think this is a good fit, I would love to hear from you!
