While I appreciate the general structure of routine, I think that no two days should be exactly identical (whether that means simply adding a never tried recipe or game into the day, or completely rearranging the structure). I\'m eager to put all of my schooling into effect and create an environment that will help your child thrive emotionally and developmentally. I\'m excited to be able to join along you and help you give your children a wonderful experience that will shape them into amazing young men and women someday! I\'ve been babysitting various children since the age of 12, including four at a time. I have a 13 year old brother with severe behavioural problems (ADHD, ODD, OCD) so I am well experienced for children who are slightly more difficult to manage. I\'ve spent a summer in India working at a childrens home as well as a summer in Bangkok working at a daycare so I\'m very diverse in the type of children I\'ve had the privilege to work with. And I have also spent a summer caring for a developmentally challenged girl.
