Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

If you are high-energy and love kids then we need you. We are looking for someone to pick up our twin, 8 year girls after school starting in September. You must have a valid drivers license. We will supply the mini-van. The girls need to be picked up from school at 3 pm, brought home for a snack and assisted with homework and afternoon activities. Their two older brothers (11 and 13) will make their way home from school on their own and don't require direct supervision (maybe just a little help with after school snack, monitoring of screen time and, if possible, homework support). We generally get home from work at 6:00. They may have some lessons at home and one or two days a week they may have activities outside the house, too. We have someone else who cleans the house so formal housekeeping is minimal. We want someone to help the kids make their lunches for the next day and to start or prep some simple meals. We pay fairly and are happy to discuss your pay expectations with you, particularly based on your experience. Monday-Thursday at a minimim. Availability on the occasional Friday and Pro-D days and school holidays would be an assett. If you are available, we could use you a few mornings a month to drop off kids. We are pretty flexible and can provide references of nannies/mothers' helpers etc. who have worked with us. This is ideal for someone who wants their mornings free for other activities and still earn some reliable income to support themselves.
