I worked for an agency but now I have decided to work private, I do have all the legal requirements to be a caregiver. Everyday is a new day in my house but I keep a routine and kids learn a lot like this. I believe very strongly that quality care should be a priority . I had a great experience caring for 2 kids with the same age (11 months) and both new babies in my home daycare. both adjust to the same routine that I thought them, for ex. nap time, eating time....this shows how smart kids are even at a really small age.
