I worked as a child care provider for 8 years of experienced here in Canada. As a caregiver I always see to it that my priority is the welfare and safety of the children while providing them proper care and at the same time teaching them the right and proper conduct in partnership with parents. My previous employers describes me as being a trustworthy, hard-working and honest person. Based on my experienced generally children are playful, so what I did is that I organized or brought them in a play date/ activities so that they may learn how to interact with other kids to build a social and positive behavior and at the same time encourage concern to others. I also brought them to the park. I also help the family with light housekeeping, do laudry , some ironing, prepare and serve nutritional meal to the kids, and give them a bath, transport them to and from school(since it's not far from the house) help them to do some home works and always encourage them to read books that increases their interest in story time.
