BEFORE & AFTER-SCHOOL CARE in MILLRISE! Drop off & Pick up to Our Lady of Peace School & Evergreen School. I have been a provider for over 7 years and am excited to be transitioning my dayhome into before & after school care this fall. I have spaces available for October 1st. We are a very active dayhome and spend as much time outside as possible taking in a wide variety of child-led activities. We love playground hopping, nature walking, puddle jumping, bike & scooter riding, tobogganing, skating, gardening, leaf pile jumping, mud pies, exploring fish creek park, sports, obstacle courses & more. When inside we spend most of our time on the main floor of my clean, smoke free home that we share with our loving dog. The children enjoy reading stories, arts and crafts, science experiments, plays, bubbles, songs & music, sand, water & unlimited imaginary play. There are additional play spaces both in the basement and the upper level including a bounce house as well as a fenced yard with swings, a trampoline & more. A fresh & healthy breakfast and after school snack is provided & I can also easily cater to gluten & dairy sensitivities. I have excellent references & believe very strongly in creating a safe, loving, healthy and nurturing environment for the children here where they have positive experiences and can be themselves. I value very much having the children learn to take the lead, developing their own ideas and seeing them through all while having fun with friends and building positive relationships. 2 PD Days are included in the before & afterschool care as well as spring break & some summer care.
