Nanny Job in Burnaby, British Columbia

I live in North Burnaby, and am looking for someone to look after my preschooler when she is not in school, help out around the house and help with meals. When school is out, I would like the nanny to watch the other two as well. Reliability is very important, and a sense of fun for the kids is a plus. This job is about 50/50 childcare and house help most of the time, with a heavier emphasis on childcare in the summer. In the fall, the emphasis would be on house help while kids are in school. I am looking for close to f/t or f/t now and through summer. In the fall that could be maintained or shift to p/t. A driver's license is a plus but not required. Willingness to be flexible in what you do is a big plus. If there is something you don't want to do I would like to know up front. References are required.
