I am a semi-retired middle aged mom with three adult children and nearly three years experience as an ECE ASSISTANT, the last workplace was Jiminy Crickets Childcare Centre. My manager provided me with excellent reference notes stating, ''You are amazing with the children; They love you You have a natural talent that is rare.'' I love playing with, empowering and guiding children to be curious, to listen and to use their words and stay safe. I studied child psychology and development, as well as lots on attachment parenting guides my approach with children. I have the skills to help them relax, to accept boundaries, to encourage empathy, as well as how to manage and express emotions. I am a happy, healthy and young at heart caregiver who is wise with age and experience. Under my care your child(ren) will enjoy opportunities for free creative play, artistic expression, nature play and exploration, climbing gyms/playgrounds, board games, cycling and swimming plus cultural and social events. I also like to do basic cleaning and tidying up behind myself and the kids. I'm looking good for permanent part time employment 10-20 hours a week.
