I have lots of experience with children. I have always wanted to be a teacher ever since I was little I would pretend to read to a classroom. I love children. I am very fun energetic and loving. I make sure your child is happy and fed at all times. I am very understanding and I can take criticism very well, if you don\'t agree with activities I have planned or food I give the children I encourage you to give me your opinion. Thank you:) I worked at Daycare for 5 years and the ratio for toddlers were 5:1 and for preschoolers it was 8:1. At the Daycare I was the Cook( would prepare food from the caterer for the children), Cleaning lady( I made sure the rooms were cleaned I swept, mopped, cleaned the bathrooms, garbage and so on and I was also a teacher I came up with activities for each section of the daycare such as creative, science, spelling etc. Then after the daycare I became a nanny as of September 2013 and I have taken care of 4 children throughout the day between 745 to 6 Monday to Friday. One of the child is 4 and the other 3 are 6 years old. Two of the children I take care of are twins. I clean throughout the day ie. laundry, dishwasher, vaccum, sweeping. I also plan activities for the children. The 4 year old goes to school in the afternoon so in the morning we do activities such as a journal, art, science, math and spelling and then I give her free play and lunch and head to school. I have reading activity booklets for the them to do and then they are given free play. I plan activities for them for p a days and march break.
