I have countless years of experience working with children. I have done overnights caring for infants 0-3months, overnights for older children as well. I enjoy building relationships with children and their families, I am attentive to special needs so as to provide a safe and healthy environment at all times. I believe good manners and kindness brings out the best in children, and also provides a good example for their growth and development. I have experience with many outdoor activities such as swimming , biking, rollerblading, skateboarding etc and have taken groups of children to various community events, bbqs, amusement parks, the zoo, or local splash pad for a picnic with ease. I believe patients and repetitive instruction as a means to work through children’s behavioral issues, children are reasonable and sometimes just need reassurance that they are being treated fairly.
