Nanny Job in Dawson Creek, British Columbia

I have 3 children. A 12 year old daughter.Which lives with me full time. Then I have a 7 year old son, and a 5 year old daughter - I share cusdoty of them 1 week on 1 week off. I work in camp as a safety consultant - I am gone 8 days and home for 6. I would expect this nanny be responsible for my 12 year old and the home while I am away. Then when I am home the nanny would help me with all three, there may be an opportunity for day time babysitting for the youngest while I am away for my ex to negotiate. I would like the children to have consistant care. I have a newer home, with an extra room furnished or unfurnished. The position starts May 1st.
