I have four children of my own some of who have had addiction problems and in trouble with the law. I have also mentored some of their friends with similar issues. I have been married to an abusive alcoholic and my father was an alcoholic as well. With that said I know all too well the implications that life style can have on children and adults alike. Over the years I have come to use Al- anon as a source of support. I never place judgment on others as to me it serves no purpose and that’s is not why I would be there in the first place. Professional experience July 2013 to July 2016: Eagles Nest Youth Ranch, my position was a house mother for troubled youth. I looked after cooking, menu planning, driving youth to and from appointments, cleaning the house. May 2013 to July 2013: Saskatoon Berry Barn, my position here I oversee baking, soups and helping on the line when it is busy, also prep for catering jobs. October 2012 to May 2013: Wolff Den Café, my position as owner of leased property was to cook, clean, manage staff, order and prep for daily service and catering jobs. 2002 to 2005: Owned and operated a Bed and Breakfast in the town of Delisle Sask. where I had a licensed Fine Dining room which I was the Chef. 1984 to present: Currently on a casual position with SEIU employee, I am a special care aid where I have worked with a wide variety of people in the staff and patient levels; I have worked in the kitchen as a baker, and in the food prep area.
