I don\'t wanna give a lengthy message to the families out there. But I just wanna assure you, I will do my best, to be the best caregiver that your family deserved to have, to take care of your children like how I did with the kids of my previous employer...like my own. I will be your teammate in raising your kids, in the way you want them to be raised of course.. Hope to meet you soon. In HK, I took care of a 3yr old boy. I would prepare meal for the family. I would wake him up in the morning and prepare him for school. I dropped him off to and pick him up from school, feed him during meal time. I was the one giving him a bath and I potty trained him. In the afternoon I would take him to the park. In the night I would put him to sleep. He was also left with me alone for few days when his parents needed to go outof the country. I was responsible for giving him meds when he's not well. In my first employer here in Canada, I took care of 2 kids, 4 and 7 yrs old. With the kids, my duties were meal preparation, preparing their lunch boxes, get them ready for school, giving them breakfast. For few months, I did drop off and pick up the youngest to and from school. I would take him to the park or a playdate. I would host a playdate also sometimes. Sometimes i gave them a bath. And if my employer would ask me to stay a little longer, I would put them to sleep. In the 2nd family I worked for, I took care of 3 children, aged infant, 3 and 5yrs old. Duties were same with the 1st employer, basically. Difference was I had an infant. For the baby, the basic and taking her to music class, bqckyard camp, playdates, park.. I would also babysit them during weekends. Several times I gave them bath and put them to bed. Read them story books or sing them a song. There were 2 instances that they were left with me overnight when the parents went out of town.. Generally, it was fun being the kids. Sometimes it's stressful especially when they don't listen to me. But it's more fun. I must say, I was more emotionally attatched with the last family I worked with. Especially with the baby. And until now I still visit them. I still feel that I'm part of their family.
