I believe that my patience, consistency, determination, and passion in education are the building blocks that create a quality caregiver. I have been working as an ECE for the past 4 years within the childcare field. Some of the duties include supervising the classroom and playground area, plan and implement age appropriate activities, plan field trips, supervise and assist in washroom routines (including toilet training), prepare breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the children, clean and sanitize equipment and toys on a daily basis, and communicate daily with parents/caregivers regarding their child's day.
