To my Dear future Family: My name is Norselyn Tandoyog, I believe I am the “Right One” you are looking for! Not only because I have 5 years full time caregiver experience here in Taiwan; But I really Love to look after elderly or disabled patient ; and as a nanny too………… I am currently working as a nanny and caregiver in Taiwan since May17, 2012 until now, and only with one employer! My major job is to supervise and care for a Stroked patient who is 43 yrs. old, and totally bed and wheelchair ridden. I help him to bath, get dress, brush teeth and all the personal hygiene; change positions every hours, and monitor his blood pressure, change diapers, doing NGT feeding, suction and percussion; sometimes I will move him to the park for a sunny day or accompany him to the hospital. I also take care of two little lovely kids since they were born and toddler. ( now they are 6 yrs. girl and 4 yrs. boy ) Help them to bathe, to dress and feed for them. Instruct them in personal hygiene and social development. I need to prepare and serve the nutrition meals, sterilize the bottles, prepare the formulas, change the diapers, sometimes in the midnight too. Doing all kinds activities they like, such as bed story reading and playing with them. Teaching them singing and nursery rhyme. Assume the full responsibility when their parents are working. Performing all the housekeeping and cleaning duties, laundry, ironing, washing, sweeping, mopping, plus cooking and running errands. I do all my best to maintain a safe and clean environment in the home. And caring the children like my own! The reason I like to work in your Great Country, because I want to support my family in the rest of their life. And pursue my better future life too! Even though I love my present employer’s family so much! I am extremely dedicated to any family that I have the opportunity to be employed with. I will do my best to follow your flexible working schedule, and commit to at least a 3 years contract with you! This is to certify that Norselyn Tandoyog has been working for my family as a live-in caregiver for almost six years since May.17, 2012 until now !! Her daily jobs includes all of the housekeeping chores, such as : Cooking every day for my family ( we have 5 family members ), laundry, ironing, cleaning, sweeping, mopping ,washing, running errands ; But her main duty is taking care of my brother ( 43 yrs. ) who got stroke badly ! She needs to help him to take bath, get dress, brush teeth, NGT feeding, suction and percussion, change diapers, change positions, massage and help him to move from bed to wheelchair, monitor blood pressure, takes my brother to the hospital once a time each three months, etc. She’s doing perfectly and professionally for taking good care of my brother for these five years! ( she had Nursing background ) She also helps us to take care of my two kids, one girl and one boy since they were born and toddler. And now they are turning to 6 years old and 4 years old respectively. Norselyn is not only prepare the meals for them but also feed them, bathe them, dress them up, Serve nutritious meals, sterilize bottles, prepared formulas and change diapers for my baby boy and his sister. She also helps me to take care of my baby boy during the midnight sometimes! Doing all kind of the activities with them together, such as biking, play ball games, playing with them in the park, painting or crafting, reading the bed story or sing the nursery rhymes to them. Teaches them the personal hygiene and discipline them as my instruction. During this 6 years she with us, she is always patient to my kids with joyful manner. She really treat them like her own kids, you can’t imagine how they love her?! She approves herself as a very hardworking, trustworthy person, and most of all, very organized and dependable! I would like to recommend Norselyn to you! Not only because she always maintain a safe and clean environment in our home, but also she joining as our family members too! She has our deepest gratitude for her five years loyalty service to my family, and her kindness and endless energy to my stroked brother and my two kids.
