I am reliable, responsible and really good with children. I have been working with children since I was a child and have gained a lot of experience from that. I\'m very active and enjoy spending time outside rather than indoors. I believe that children learn the best from experience, so I like to give children the opportunity to have new experiences. I have been working with children for 11 years now. I started working in a classroom that my Mother taught in. I have continued volunteering at Ridgeview Public School for 11 years. I am also a lunchroom supervisor for the Peel Distric School Board. I went to school for 3 semesters in the Early Childhood Education Program at Fleming College in Peterborough, but did not complete the program. I currently work for the Town of Milton running toddler/kinder programs, school aged after school programs and childcare. The most children I have taken care of at once is 4, but as a program instructor with ratios I look after 8 by myself. Other programs have 33 kids that myself and 3 other staff look after. I have experience working with children with special needs. I also have experience working with infants as young as 7 weeks.
